Our public Starbase collection incorporates chart records and birth metadata sourced from Astro-Databank / Astro.com.
High-precision astronomical calculations (planetary positions, sidereal time, and celestial coordinate conversions) are computed using astronomy-engine.
Birth chart wheels, house cusps (Placidus, Whole Sign, Equal), synastry overlays, and radix vectors are generated via natalengine.

At Cosme, we strive to deliver the highest possible mathematical accuracy for every birth chart, transit simulation, and astrocartography line. However, users should take note of the following:
- Historical Timezone & DST Shift Variations: Historical time zone laws, regional daylight saving time changes, and municipal record discrepancies from past decades can occasionally introduce slight time variations.
- Source Data Discrepancies: While famous charts are cross-verified with Astro-Databank Rodden Ratings, historical records may differ across archives.
- Informational Purpose: All astrological charts, transit interpretations, and planetary insights provided on Cosme are intended for personal reflection, educational exploration, and entertainment.

Every capacity booster pack purchased on Cosme is permanent. We do not use recurring monthly subscriptions. All slot upgrades (+50, +200, +1000) are paid once and remain attached to your account for life.
Your personal birth charts, custom notes, and private starbase profiles are protected. Cosme does not sell user data to third parties. Secure payments are processed via Stripe.
