The Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed following a collision between the MV Dali container ship and one of the bridge's support pillars, killing 6 people.

The Francis Scott Key Bridge was a highway bridge in Maryland that crossed the lower Patapsco River and outer Baltimore Harbor/Port. The bridge opened on March 23, 1977, connecting the Baltimore Beltway between Dundalk and Hawkins Point.
