Date: October 17, 1660 • Location: London, United Kingdom

A series of executions of the commissioners who signed the death warrant of King Charles I of England concluded; six were hanged, drawn and quartered for treason.

The Regicides of Charles I were the men responsible for the execution of Charles I on 30 January 1649 — the fifty-nine commissioners who signed the execution warrant. This followed his conviction for treason by the High Court of Justice.
