An elevated section of the Mexico City Metro collapsed, killing 26 people and injuring 98 others.

The Mexico City Metro is a rapid transit system serving Greater Mexico City, including parts of the State of Mexico. Operated by the Sistema de Transporte Colectivo (STC), it is the second-largest rapid transit system in North America after the New York City Subway and forms part of the Mexico City Integrated Mobility System.
